How to Request a Return: 

Option 1: Through our Website

You may request a return by logging into your account on our website using the email address used to place your order. You will receive a verification code by email, which you can enter to access your account and submit your return request through our online returns portal on the website.

Option 2: By Email

You may also email us at support@antomin.ae with: 

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear request to proceed with a return

Our team will guide you through the next steps. 

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition, unworn and in their original packaging. 

UAE: Free Returns 

  • We offer free returns across the UAE
  • Once your return is approved, we’ll arrange a courier pickup at a time convenient for you.

GCC: Return Shipping Fees

For other GCC countries, return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund as follows:

  • Saudi Arabia - AED 50
  • Kuwait - AED 70
  • Bahrain - AED 70
  • Oman - AED 40
  • Qatar - AED 55

Return Process: 

Once your return is received, we will inspect the item within 2–3 working days. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–14 working days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

Exchanges:

At this time, exchanges are available within the UAE only.
For exchange requests, please contact support@antomin.ae with your order number and the item you wish to exchange.

We currently do not offer exchanges outside the UAE.
